Virtual Eye Golf wrapped up their busy year in fine fashion, covering the BMW Masters at Lake Malaren Golf Club and the WGC-HSBC Champions at Sheshan International Golf Club (both in Shanghai). This was followed by the Turkish Airlines Open at The Montgomerie Maxx Royal and finally the DP World Tour Championship at Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai. Virtual Eye Motorsport also finished for the year, with the final 3 Grand Prix of the 2014 F1 Championship - the United States Grand Prix in Austin, the Grande Premio Petrobras Do Brasil in Sao Paulo and the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on the Yas Marina circuit.
Virtual Eye Sailing continued tracking the Volvo Ocean Race, with the competing teams arriving in CapeTown by early November and contesting In-port and Pro-Am race events, before beginning the Leg to Abu Dhabi on the 19th of the month. Virtual Eye Cricket were covering the T20 and ODI series between Australia and South Africa in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Canberra. We also offer our heartfelt condolences to the family of Australian cricketer Philip Hughes, who tragically died following a strike to the head while playing a Sheffield Shield match during the final week of the month.
Former F1 driver and Sky Sports F1 expert analyst, Bruno Senna, uses Virtual Eye to talk us through turn one and turn two at the Circuit of the Americas (Austin, Texas), just prior to the start of the United States Grand Prix.
