July 1 marked the final day of competition for the America's Cup World Series at Newport, the Irish Open at Royal Portrush GC and the Volvo Ocean Race stopover in Lorient. By week's end the Golf team had moved on to the Alstom Open de France, Virtual Eye Motorsport was at Silverstone for the Santander British Grand Prix, and Virtual Eye Sailing was in Galway for the yacht arrivals and inport racing after the final leg of the Volvo Ocean Race 2011-2012.
The Golf team were at the Barclays Scottish Open the following week, while the Motorsport team were at Grosser Preis Santander Von Deutschland 2012 in Hockenheim. July ended with Virtual Eye Golf at the Austrian Open at Atzenbrugg, while Virtual Eye Motorsport were in Budapest for the Hungarian Grand Prix.
