Virtual Reality
REAL STRUCTURES: our 3D models reflect the real-life look and feel of the tournament presentation, and are an exact replica of what the players face. Any Structure is built to pixel-perfect scale and is a high-resolution likeness, allowing for a seamless transition from the real to the virtual.
REAL TREES: We fancy ourselves as green-thumbed, always gardening away in the 3D model, ensuring the virtual world matches the real. A golf course is alive and moving; our 3D trees keep our Virtual world full of life.
REAL ENCLOSURES: You wouldn’t frame the Mona Lisa with anything less than the best. Real Enclosures are the distant area beyond the golf course focal point - we keep them sharp, realistic and on-point, allowing the focus to remain on the stories unfolding during a tournament.

Position/Data
BALL POSITIONING
We offer swift, accurate and creative animations for live output, and data sharing for on course commentary teams. In fact, Data is shared across all distance reliant systems in the production to ensure all numbers are accurate and synchronized. Yards or Meters can be displayed, with the option to transition between both.
The speedy collection of on-course data allows us to concentrate on telling relevant and engaging stories. Our specialized Golf Operators are able to add visual substance to commentator insights. The Virtual Eye Golf system is a handy order-of-play tool for producers and graphics operators.
FIELD DATA
During a tournament field data is dynamic, and the Virtual Eye Golf system excels in displaying changing values over time. Our full-field data animations show scoring trends, optimal positioning, course overviews and dynamic perspectives of the course. Data can be displayed in 2D and/or 3D, and animation length can easily be increased to fit specific program content.

Side Slab
SIDE SLAB
The Virtual Eye Golf system offers a single-output side panel 'Slab' option, for times when a full-frame is not desired. The Slab displays the complete suite of system functions, like it's full-frame counterpart, the only limitation being display space. In use, it provides a 'yardage book' feel for tee shot setup, and operates like the viewer's caddie - It keeps up, doesn't interrupt and yet provides the right information at the right time.
3D TRACE
In Slab mode at the Tee we can display live rendering of 3D trace data. In fact, Virtual Eye has successfully integrated with all proven 3D tracking systems in live broadcasts. The system still offers full graphic functionality in the 3D trace mode, such as virtually following the path of the 3D trace.

Flyovers/Terrain
VIRTUAL FLYOVERS
Our virtual course flyovers are a staple of the Virtual Eye Golf system. Made to real scale, all tees and distance measurements are carefully adjusted to match the daily course setup. A common scenario shows the state of play at each hole, based on the tee and pin positions, along with the course conditions of the day.
The system gives our Operators the flexibility to adjust speeds, frame angles, graphic timings, and the content of the animations.
TERRAIN AND CONTOURS
We can display green and fairway contour animations to represent the shape, speed and lie of the terrain. Our vertical distance tool allows us to accurately measure - on the fly - vertical distance between two chosen points (a handy feature used often in Slab mode).

Graphics
GRAPHICS OVER VIDEO
Our Virtual Model underpins the data we display. Our full-field data animations and flyovers (with accurate distance measurements to course set up) remain stable during the motion of Helicopters and/or Drones, as the graphics are pinned to a hidden virtual model 'beneath' the video.
Graphics over video provides richer options for stories. Video can transition seamlessly through to the virtual world to move outside the path of the helicopter or drone footage, and bring to bear the full graphic functionality of the Virtual Eye Golf system.
2D TRACKING
Virtual Eye provides 2D Tracking as a Live product for second output, with ultra-stable object-tracking over live pictures. Multiple graphics can track simultaneously on different objects, full label and distance functionality (with all measurements) can be seamlessly passed from the tournament-accurate Virtual Eye model.

Integration
SPONSORSHIP
The Virtual Eye Golf system provides a wealth of commercial opportunities, with it's integration into a broadcast as an unobtrusive paid sponsorship medium. There are various ways to present and showcase third-party branding, with system and operator flexibility to adjust that presentation on the fly, be it in
full-frame or in Slab mode.
INTEGRATION
The Virtual Eye Golf system can also display data between various systems across the production environment. Working with data from other systems is a common occurrence, like Weather data "Wind-tegration" and 2D distances.
