Virtual Eye at the Volvo Ocean Race

The Volvo Ocean Race is now well under way, 3 days into the first leg from Alicante to Cape Town, and Virtual Eye will be tracking the competitors from start to finish. As well as our well-known and highly regarded realtime 3D broadcast graphics, we are also delivering tracking in the browser and on your phone or tablet. The Volvo Ocean Race viewer is rather elegantly embedded into the Volvo Ocean Race website and features 2D and 3D modes, plus weather data, sea current data, wind data and measuring tools in addition to global yacht tracking.
