April saw the advent of not only the X-Cats in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, but also the eruption of Eyjafjallajokull in Iceland, which made getting our Teams to the events on time a challenge. We made it, only to discover the events themselves had been postponed because of the eruption, so we were more than ready by the time the Power Boats began to arrive.
Having covered the 2 Formula One Grand Prix in March, the Virtual Eye Motorsport team continued the 2010 season with events in China and Malaysia. Virtual Eye also supplied qualifying time data during the broadcast of the New Zealand Swimming Champs, a lead-up to the Commonwealth Games.
