Virtual Eye Golf began the year at the Volvo Golf Champions in Durban, followed by the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship, the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters and the Omega Dubai Desert Classic - all fixtures on the European Tour calendar. Virtual Eye Sailing attended the 52 Super Series 'Quantum Key West Race Week', providing live 3D graphics and tracking for broadcast and at 52superseries.com. Virtual Eye also covered the inaugural 'Ironman 70.3 Auckland' triathlon on the 20 January, providing 3D course flyovers and live tracking throughout the event for Sky Sports.
