Volvo Ocean Race Web Player

The Virtual Eye Interactive Web Player uses technologies that push the boundaries of Internet delivery, also typically requiring a computer with at least a dual-core processor, 2GB of system memory and a dedicated graphics card. The Volvo Ocean Race Web Player extends the user experience even further than before - in addition to watching the race in interactive 3D, the user can also view photos and videos from the boats, view ocean currents, view wind currents, view atmospheric isobars, and compare onboard data from each boat. The Volvo Ocean Race Web Player can be viewed at either volvo.virtualeye.tv or volvooceanrace.com.

Ben and Rosanne

Senior Virtual Eye modeling/animation team Ben Sharpe and Rosanne Donaldson took time out from their sterling work on the 2012 F1 season to return to New Zealand and marry. Their nuptials took place in the beautiful Queenstown Gardens, followed by a reception at the Peregrine Wines Estate. Everyone at Virtual Eye congratulates Ben and Rosanne, and wishes them good health and happiness!
