420 Major League Baseball games were played in May, with MLB Statcast3D used in all of those fixtures by 35 broadcasters - putting 1600+ Statcast 3D clips on TV over the month. MLB Statcast 3D is even being used as a graphical background for announcements, which the Virtual Eye crew are calling 'model love' moments (example below).

Virtual Eye Golf got busier as the month progressed, beginning with the final day of play at The Mexico Championship in Vidanta Vallarta. Next up were concurrent tournaments the Wells Fargo Championship at TPC Potomac on the PGA Tour and the British Masters at Belfry on the European Tour. These were followed by the simultaneous AT&T Byron Nelson in Texas and the Soudal Open in Belgium, before the PGA Championship at Southern Hills CC - one of the largest tournaments we cover each year. What better way to finish off the month than delivering graphics live for three concurrent tournaments, the Charles Schwab Challenge in Texas, the KLM Open in the Netherlands and the Senior PGA Championship at Harbour Shores in Michigan.

Tournaments on the PGA Tour and the PGA European Tour kept our remote Golf Operations teams busy during March, beginning with the Arnold Palmer Invitational at the Bay Hill Club & Lodge in Florida, followed by The Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass. Our teams then supported the Valspar Championship at Copperhead Course, before turning our attentions to concurrent events the WGC Dell Technologies Match Play on the PGA Tour and the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters on the European Tour, which saw out the month.

April began with our teams supplying graphics and balltracking to coverage of the Valero Texas Open at TPC San Antonio, followed by support of the US Masters at Augusta National. Next up was the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town Golf Links, then The Zurich Classic of New Orleans at TPC Louisiana, with our Golf operators seeing out the month supporting the Mexico Open at Vidanta Vallarta. The 7th of April also saw the start of the 2022 Major League Baseball season, with Virtual Eye adding updates and 3D models to MLB Network’s StatCast 3D TV graphics package... this first month of the season is 300+ ball games.
