A typically busy July began for Virtual Eye at the 52 Super Series Royal Cup in Ibiza. The high-speed world of AC72 racing at the Louis Vuitton Cup began in San Francisco shortly thereafter, with Virtual Eye Sailing in attendance right through to the America's Cup in September. Throughout the month Virtual Eye Golf continued their 2013 season, covering the Open de France in Paris, the Scottish Open in Inverness and the 142nd Open Championships at Muirfield - Home of the Honourable Company of Edinburgh Golfers. Our Motorsport team provided animations, flyovers and analysis for the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Hungary on July 28. On the following day, Virtual Eye Sailing began coverage of the next 52 Super Series regatta - the Copa Del Rey in Palma, Majorca.

Virtual Eye Motorsport covered the F1 Grand Prix of Canada and the Grand Prix of Britain this past June, while the Virtual Eye Golf team were busy at the Lyoness Open in Austria, the BMW International Open in Germany and the Irish Open at Carton House GC, Ireland. A lot of our staff were also working hard getting ready for the Louis Vuitton Trophy and America's Cup in San Francisco - this time around Virtual Eye are not only supplying real-time 3D graphics for both broadcast and online - we've also made a sailing simulator, built the official ETNZ mobile app, and developed Augmented Reality kiosks for NZTE and ETNZ. Virtual Eye has staff in San Francisco for the duration of the event(s), keeping our trackers working, operating our 3D viewers, maintaining the simulators and kiosks, and showcasing Virtual Eye graphics aboard the ETNZ spectator boat.
